This type of wine stands out for its lovely pink colour and its versatility in terms of flavours and aromas. Made from red grapes, its elaboration process differs from red wine. The grape skins are only macerated for a short period, allowing the wine to take on that distinctive pink hue.

Its flavours are often a harmonious combination of red fruits, citrus and subtle spices. The Blue Bar's rosé wines

At The Blue Bar we have prepared a carefully selected range of rosé wines. Refreshing flavours that are the perfect pairing with the rich dishes on our menu. We start with three special wines from the Côtes de Provence certificate of origin.

First we highlight the subtlety and elegance of the Ott Chateau de Selle. As usual in Ott wines, it is characterised by its elegance, freshness and sophistication. Undoubtedly, one of the star rosé wines that we offer you at The Blue Bar.

And speaking of stars, you have to try the Miraval, known for being the result of a collaboration between the famous actor couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie together with the Perrin family in Provence. It presents balance and elegance, with flavours that include notes of fresh fruits such as strawberries, raspberries and citrus, along with a pleasant acidity that makes it refreshing and easy to drink.

The third Côtes de Provence is Whispering Angel. In addition to the 0.7 litre presentation, at The Blue Bar we offer the 1.5 and 3 litre bottles. Whispering Angel is a versatile wine that can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired with a wide variety of dishes, from seafood and fish to salads and light meats. Its name, Whispering Angel, evokes the softness and delicacy of this rosé wine.

Our rosé wine list is completed with options such as the Mallorcan KM1 Rosat, Cuatro Pasos (DO Bierzo), Marques de Riscal Viñas Viejas (DO Bierzo), Ramón Bilbao (DO Rioja) and L'Escarelle Rumeurs eco (DO Provence).
